Minced Chicken/Beef/lamb – 2 cups
Onion – 1 medium chopped
Corriander leaves chopped – handful
Mint leaf chopped – handful
Green Chilli – 2 finely chopped or to taste
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tablespoon
Garam masala – 2 teaspoons
Chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice – 1/2 lime or to taste
oil – 2 to 3 tablespoons
Butter – for basting
— METHOD – –
- Finely chop onion, green chilli, mint leaf and coriander leaves in a food processor. Set aside this mixture.
- In a bowl mix minced meat, chopped onion green chilli mixture, and all other ingredients.
- Soak wooden skewers in hot water for 10 minutes. wet your hands take a portion of the meat mixture and shape it into the skewer.
- Grill it in the oven for 15 minutes or till done, keep turning the skewers at regular intervals basting with butter in between.
